Software
StromaOS is delivered over the internet. Access is provisioned immediately on payment, or immediately on sign-up for a trial — there is nothing to ship and no delivery charge. Your console is at https://app.stroma.cloud.
If provisioning has not completed within one hour of payment, write to stroma.os.india@gmail.com and we will either fix it or refund you.
Hardware
Door controllers and readers are dispatched from India within 3-5 business days of a confirmed order, and typically arrive 5-10 business days after dispatch depending on the destination. We ship within India only.
Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay. A tracking reference is emailed on dispatch.
Delays and damage
Courier delays are outside our control, but chasing them is our job, not yours — tell us and we will do it.
Inspect hardware on arrival. Report anything damaged or missing within 7 days of delivery, with photographs, and we will replace it at our cost.
Installation
Installation is not included unless your order says so in writing. A door controller is wired to mains-adjacent equipment and a lock; it should be installed by a competent person, and the electrical work must comply with local regulation.
